Swirling visions in my mind,
Do much to pass the time,
Listless ennui, green's decline,
Forever, the world falls apart...
And under its weight we fall asleep,
The consequence of ill-won peace,
Western medicine, the world's relief,
Our world's passion has scarred over...
Stories are told, marvels unfold,
Claiming truth in visions of old,
Ever-warming earth growing so cold,
Lying love, loved too dearly...
Life will never change, everything's the same,
Always trying and losing the game,
Looking for fame, dying in shame,
There is nothing new under the sun...
